The process in getting your dog checked in is done with total ease. You would have already been through our facility (if you desired) prior to booking and seen the sleeping quarters, playgrounds and exercise yards and had any questions about your arrangements answered by one of our staff. The rest is easy.
On your first visit you fill in our booking form. This contains all your details, dog details, vet details, emergency contacts if needed and our terms and conditions. Repeat borders don’t even need to do this as we keep it all on file. We go over any food or medication requests you have for your dog and we do our best to make sure your expectations are more than met. You then start your vacation and your pet starts theirs.
Your dog will be as healthy and as happy when you return to pick him or her up as when you left.
